WHAT IS YOUR BOOT CAMP LIKE?

A challenging workout session that delivers results and yet we still have “fun” while getting the job done. It is conducted in an indoor environment, utilizing a total body-style format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness. In addition, you will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction that the Boot Camp format allows.

WHAT TIMES & DAYS DO U OFFER?

515am, 6am, and 7am on  Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday.  Tuesday and Friday are the “bonus” days, which I offer every so often. Evening camps are available a few times a week at 7pm/730pm. If u are interested in a time I dont offer I highly suggest u email us.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I GET PER PHASE (4 weeks)?

I offer at the LEAST 12 Sessions per 4 week Phase. Plus u get extra bonus day workouts! So u can earn up to 16-18 sessions per month just by showing up and being committed! We usually on average meet 3-4 times a week.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Go to the SIGN UP tab on the home page; after registering online, you will receive a welcome email which will contain your guidelines/policy form, overview of camp and other instructions.

*Note: We recommend you register online to secure your spot on camp.  The sooner I receive your registration, the better your chance at securing your spot in our next camp. The camps always fill up early, so please register as soon as you’re able to.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO BOOT CAMP?

Comfortable workout clothes, good pair of shoes, a towel and a strong mind set.

I HAVENT WORKED OUT IN A LONG TIME.  IS THIS FOR ALL LEVELS? WILL I MAKE IT?

Absolutely! All levels are welcomed and will be represented. I’m here to make sure everyone gets through the workout, but still works at a good pace at the same time. I’ll be pushing you; along with the rest of the campers out there. My motivational tactics will help keep your mind off the workout. You have to start somewhere and this is the right place to start! You will progress every week and may even shock yourself at the things you can do.

WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE GO TO CAMP?

Bootcamp is a great atmosphere of people who “embrace” fitness. You’ll be inspired, encouraged, and motivated by other people, just like you, who are seriously committed to improving their health and fitness levels. Some may be beginners wanting to jump-start their program and add structure, and some will be the everyday exerciser ready for a new challenge. Most will have some history of exercise, but it’s not required. The goal is to improve and get better on a daily basis.

HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see someone go down 1-4 inches within the first few weeks of camp. Remember, everyone is different!  But the person who eats the cleanest and works the hardest will benefit greatly.
IS THERE A SET TIME TO JOIN? WHEN IS MY WEEK 1?

There is NOT a set date or time to join. If u are MENTALLY ready then sign up now as long a I have room! The week u sign up is your WEEK 1.

WHAT IT MY ALARM DOESN’T GO OFF OR I FEEL SICK ONE DAY- CAN I DO A MAKE-UP CAMP?

I usually do not have “make-up” camps.  If you miss a camp…you simply, miss a camp. However, if time and room allows I have some make up days/camps. I usually don’t reward people for sleeping in if it occurs too often. Focus and discipline is always expected.

WHATS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

NO REFUNDS. Only credits. In certain cases I can offer u a partial refund. We ask that u are 110% committed and know this is the program u want to be a part of.
