Group Fitness/Camp—is a fun and competitive group atmosphere like none other. There is no specific level of fitness required for you to join this camp. You get pushed hard but you work at your own pace based on my timed based circuit format. AM camps are offered. (see ”SIGN UP” tab to get signed up) This Group training includes all of the benefits of one-on-one training at a smaller price. This has been the most popular out of all my programs over the years!

Personal Training—The more personable private training facilitates a more individualized workout routine. Sometimes—particularly for those new to training—you need one-on-one instruction until you are confident with the new demands on your body. This specialized attention helps you gain an in-depth understanding of how your body moves—and demystifies popular myths. It encompasses many facets of the boot camp session, but also adds a personalized component.

Semi-Private Training: Look around. Education, athletics, problem solving, the job, and even day care: all are proven more effective in small groups. Why? Because small groups allow you to tap into resources that aren’t available when you go it alone.

The same holds true for training. , semi-private training is like private training… with additional benefits. The “plus” adds accountability, social support, energy, and teamwork. Still great results!

Skype Fitness—In addition to my bootcamps or my private training sessions, I also offer realtime virtual online training sessions via Skype.

If you live outside my area and still want to train with me to get fit and be in the best shape ever….All you need is a computer with a webcam. After our initial Skype consultation, we’re ready to workout live via Skype from the comfort of your home; the next best thing to being right in the heat of action! ALMOST BOOKED UP!!

In House/Mobile Training

Personal Training in your home or convenient location of your choice.

Your schedule is busy and finding time to drive to and from a gym or fitness center is difficult. At home private or semi-private training is rapidly becoming the most efficient and comfortable way to get and stay in shape. I HAVE VERY LIMITED SPACE.
